On-Site Property Review: For each shortlisted property, we visit in person, shoot a 5-minute 4K walk-through video, and take at least 50 high-resolution photos.
48-Hour English Summary: Receive a detailed report within two days, covering visible defects (cracks, leaks, mold), ambient noise levels, mobile signal strength, and GPS hazard-map pinning.
Inspection Coordination: We book a licensed architect inspector for a full technical review, translate their 15-page report, and provide a 30-minute Zoom debrief in English.

Why does the price vary?
The per-property fee depends on location and travel requirements. For example, a Tokyo viewing costs less (around ¥40,000) because travel is simple, while remote or rural properties (requiring flights or overnight stays) are higher (up to ¥95,000). All travel and accommodation costs are billed transparently, with receipts attached.
