Check-Out & Deposit Refund

How to receive your full security deposit:

1. Notice: Email us at least 1 month before your move-out date.
2. Cleaning: Remove all trash and food, take all personal belongings, and leave the room in a reasonably clean state.
3. No Damage: No broken furniture, appliances, walls or floors beyond normal wear.
4. No Smoking Indoors: Smoking inside any Bamboo House property is strictly prohibited.
5. Keys: Return all keys at check-out.
   Lost Key Fee: 20,000 yen per missing key set.

After check-out, staff will inspect the room.
If everything is fine, we will refund your security deposit:

• Refund Method: PayPal or bank transfer only.
• For the safety and security of our staff, we do not return cash.

If there is significant damage, heavy dirt, smoking, or lost keys, part or all of the deposit may be used to cover these costs.
