Important Rules & Extra Fees

📋 Stay Smooth at Bamboo House

🕒 Check-in / Check-out: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Standard check-in and check-out are between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
We recommend planning your arrival within these hours whenever possible.

In some cases, we can arrange an after-hours check-in for an additional
2,000 yen fee. This is because staff need to come in before or after their
normal working hours, which adds extra time and cost.

If you expect to arrive outside 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, please contact us in advance.
After-hours check-in is subject to staff availability and cannot always be guaranteed.
If we cannot arrange it, you may need to stay in a hotel and check in during normal hours the next day.

 

👥 Extra Guests

30,000 yen / month per additional guest

5,000 yen / per night additional guest

Sharing is allowed in some larger rooms (up to 3 people).
Children under 6 years old are free. Please ask us if you plan to share.

 

🚚 Moving to Another Room

5,000 yen moving fee

If you move to another Bamboo House room, you only pay this fee.
You do not need to pay the full contract fee again.

Please note: if the room you are leaving is not returned to a normal condition and
requires more than standard cleaning (for example heavy dirt, rubbish left behind,
strong odours, etc.), an additional cleaning fee may be charged or deducted from your
security deposit.
